Build the whole week from your phone, then send it once

Set the restaurant's shifts once, say morning 09:00 to 15:00 and evening 15:00 to 23:00, and how many people each shift needs at minimum. Then each week is just tapping names into shifts, and the system flags any shift still short.

Part-timers who only do Friday and Saturday, students free only in the evening, and full-time staff all sit on the same schedule. Copy last week and adjust, rather than starting from nothing every time.

If a shift changes mid-week, edit it and send again, and the updated schedule reaches LINE. No new photo in the group.

The second branch runs on the same system

Open a second branch and it is added to the same account, with its own shifts and its own manager building its own schedule, while you switch between branches in one tap and run the attendance report across all of them at once. Questions people actually ask

We have 8 staff. Do we pay?
No. It is free while the whole group is up to 20 people, counting every branch together. No card, and no limit on locations on the free plan.
Can staff swap shifts between themselves?
Not yet. Today a staff member tells the manager in LINE, and the manager edits the shift and sends it again. A swap agreed directly between two employees is not in the system yet. Better you hear it here than find out later.
We use Excel and a LINE group today. How hard is the move?
About two minutes to set up: add the restaurant, set the shifts, then send each employee an invite link. They tap it and they are in. No training, because everything is in the LINE they already use.
