THE WEEK
Build the whole week from your phone, then send it once
Set the restaurant's shifts once, say morning 09:00 to 15:00 and evening 15:00 to 23:00, and how many people each shift needs at minimum. Then each week is just tapping names into shifts, and the system flags any shift still short.
Part-timers who only do Friday and Saturday, students free only in the evening, and full-time staff all sit on the same schedule. Copy last week and adjust, rather than starting from nothing every time.
- Morning, evening, full-day and night shifts, each with your own times
- Minimum head count per shift, with a warning when it is short
- Each person's fixed days off are kept clear automatically
- Copy last week in one tap
SENT TO LINE
Sent to LINE once. Everyone sees their own shifts.
One tap to send, and every employee gets their own schedule in LINE, not a photo of a grid in a group chat they have to zoom into to find their name. The night before, at 20:00, tomorrow's shift is previewed, and there is one more nudge 5 minutes before the shift starts.
If a shift changes mid-week, edit it and send again, and the updated schedule reaches LINE. No new photo in the group.
- A personal schedule for each person in LINE
- Tomorrow's shift previewed at 20:00
- A nudge 5 minutes before the start and the end
CLOCK-IN
GPS clock-in from a phone, no scanner by the kitchen door
Staff tap in inside LINE. The system checks the phone is within the restaurant's radius and measures the time against the assigned shift, so minutes late show against the name on the day's schedule. Nothing to buy, and no day the machine is down. Read about clock-in in detail
LEAVE
Called in sick? Requested in LINE, on the schedule at once
Staff request leave from LINE, the manager approves in one tap, and the day lands on the schedule by itself, so you see at once that tonight's shift is a person short. Each person's remaining balance is counted for you all year. Read about leave in detail
A SECOND BRANCH
The second branch runs on the same system
Open a second branch and it is added to the same account, with its own shifts and its own manager building its own schedule, while you switch between branches in one tap and run the attendance report across all of them at once. Someone who helps out at another branch can be scheduled there, and their hours follow them into payroll. The free plan has no limit on locations. See WorkCo for chains
