THEM FIRST
What Weladee is genuinely good at
Weladee goes deeper on attendance itself than we do, and connects to more outside systems.
- Selfie face scan alongside GPS with a stated 5-metre accuracy, plus RFID or NFC tags
- An Odoo ERP connection and a payroll export to TigerSoft
- Timesheets, overtime requests, work-from-home and expense claims in one app
- A free Starter plan for 3 people, and the first month free on any plan
- Apps on iOS, Android and Huawei AppGallery, with a Telegram bot

- You need timesheets and expense claims in the same system
- You need to track where staff are during the day

- Your team is already on LINE and you do not want to make anyone install an app
- Your team is between 4 and 20 people and you want to start free
- The schedule is the heart of your business and you want clock-in and payroll to follow from it
- You have several branches and do not want to count access gates
- You operate in Taiwan as well
A NOTE
A word on hardware, plainly
A scanner by the door is not one object, it is a second system you own: power, a network, someone to mount it, and the day it fails nobody in the shop can clock in until a technician comes, so that month is reconstructed by hand. A new branch waits for equipment. And most scanners keep your staff's fingerprints or faces, which is data you are responsible for.
Weladee is phone-first like us, but adds RFID and NFC tags and counts access gates per plan. WorkCo uses GPS alone inside a radius you set, with nothing to mount and no limit on locations. If you want tags or face verification, Weladee offers them. If you want nothing at all to look after, that is the difference. Read this in detail
