THEM FIRST
What OneDee is genuinely good at
OneDee gives you more choices in how to clock in and in how to pay.
- Four ways to clock in: GPS, the office Wi-Fi, a QR code, and iBeacon for dense sites
- A face, fingerprint or card scanner (the Multi-Scanner, ฿14,900 one-off) that connects to the system
- A lifetime plan: Lifetime S, ฿5,800 once for 10 users, with no monthly fee
- Team chat and document approval forms inside the same app
- Government filings, PND1, social security and 50 Tawi, on the Professional plan

WHICH ONE
Which one you should choose
Choose OneDee if
- You want to pay once and never see a monthly bill
- You want a face or fingerprint scanner at the door
- Your staff work where GPS is unreliable and you want Wi-Fi or iBeacon instead
- You want the team chat inside the same app as clock-in
Choose WorkCo if
- Your team is already on LINE, and the team chat is already there too
- Your team is between 4 and 20 people and you want to start free
- You want leave from day one, not on a higher plan, and in Thailand payroll with it
- The schedule is the heart of your business and you want clock-in to follow from it
- You operate in Taiwan as well
A NOTE
A word on hardware, plainly
A scanner by the door is not one object, it is a second system you own: power, a network, someone to mount it, and the day it fails nobody in the shop can clock in until a technician comes, so that month is reconstructed by hand. A new branch waits for equipment. And most scanners keep your staff's fingerprints or faces, which is data you are responsible for.
That is why WorkCo uses the phone each person already carries, and reads its position only at the tap. If you want a scanner, OneDee offers the Multi-Scanner and we do not. If you would rather not look after a device, this is the single biggest difference between us. Read this in detail
